Homebuyer Grants

Don’t let a down payment or closing cost keep you from purchasing a home. You may qualify for a grant up to $15,000! The HOPE program provides support for down payments, closing costs, and eligible repairs for homebuyers, and it is not limited to first-time homebuyers, making it accessible to a broad range of homebuyers. The First-time Homebuyer Grant similarly offers assistance with down payments, closing costs, and repairs; but it is limited to first-time homebuyers with very low, low, and moderate incomes.

It's the Heartland Way.

Grants available to a broad range of homebuyers and income levels.

Provides down payment, closing cost and repair assistance to eligible homebuyers.
